Week of March 16th - 22nd

I am trying something new. Amongst all the special things I may blog about, I am going to ATTEMPT (aka don't hold me to it) to refresh on the past week, but not necessarily day by day or in any order because my brain is fried by Sunday. Let's face it, you don't need to know ALL the mundane stuff going on here. So here goes...

We celebrated St. Patty's Day by bringing in fun cupcakes to Ryan's preschool for snack. He got upset and disintegrated his but I am pretty sure everyone else enjoyed theirs. I know I enjoyed my test one(s).

We did tummy time, which still incorporates Erin flipping over from tummy to back. So, take that, Dr. Silverstein, it CAN happen this early!

We fit into things that probably shouldn't hold a 3 year old.

We played with bubbles as Little Mister looked on. (I hate the stinkin' bubble machine because it makes a mess but Daddy let's Ryan have more "messy" fun. However, Daddy did not have to clean it up.)

We watched a shuttle go up in space. This would be Erin's first launch. And Ryan's first launch he actually watched and understood what was happening.

Spiderman visited us before bed time.

And Erin slept in her big girl crib all night long. (Do not mistake this for ALL night, just not in bed with mommy. I think we are both sleeping better.)

She looks so teeny tiny here.

And a funny little conversation was had with Ryan. Ryan was pooping on the potty. Yes, I know, some of you non-kid people are thinking either "This is gross" or "Just where is she going with this...". And the moms and dads are already starting to chuckle because you can only imagine what is going to happen with THAT opening statement. Anyway, I digress. I always do. So we left it at Ryan sitting on the potty in the bathroom. And he calls for me from said venue. Ryan: "Mommy, I pooped a BIG one! See it?!?" Me: "Yes, Ryan, I see it." Ryan: "Mommy, I love it."

So, I hope you don't have a crappy week. Have a good one. I demand it.
