In one week from right now, I will be arriving to the hospital to get ready for my scheduled c-section. I am getting to the excited part, just to meet this little munchkin who has been kicking around inside of me. I am terrified of the change in dynamics in our household. I am worried that I won't be able to handle 2 kids, this house, work and everything else in my circle of life. Yet, I KNOW this is right. I know God will walk every step of the way with my family. It's just trusting in Him that I need to do right now.
We are feverishly working to get stuff done (as I blogged about yesterday). Allen assures me it will get done. And hopefully on Saturday, since the house will be clean and de-cluttered, we will be able to enjoy our weekend as a family of 3, having fun with Ryan. His big brother shirt, which I am super excited about (and know he will be) will be here. And hopefully, I will have found the big brother gift from Erin to him. I think he will love it. Maybe it will win some favor for her. haha
So, let the countdown begin...1 week!
