Hello, Cupcake!

Ok, I admit, not that you didn't know from other posts, but I love dessert. My newest obsession (pie is sooo yesterday) are cupcakes. I picked up this cookbook "Hello, Cupcake" a couple of weeks ago and love it. Ryan likes looking through it screaming "Cupcake!". Today at school, they celebrated Ryan's summer birthday. So, I made cupcakes! I decided these would be perfect. His class loved them, as did the staff.
