It's Official!

The Turner Family is expecting another baby to debut either at the end of December or beginning of January! I went for my first OB visit today and they have my due date set as Januay 8,2009. It most likely is off by a few days but we will take it! We are really trying hard to slide under 2008. We will see if that is a reality once the measuring begins.

It all started last Tuesday morning when I decided to take a test on a whim at 4:00am. It as early, the bathroom is dark red and I was tired. I saw nothing, nada. I hid the test, embarassed that I'd even taken it. I didn't want Allen to see it and either make fun of me or get sad. So that day, after my tea at Ryan's school I remembered that I needed to throw that test away. So as I walked into my kitchen I noticed a faint line. I about died. Here is the barely there inverted and colorized test...

So after much prompting (ahem J05, Susan and Heather), I tried a digital test...

So, I was definitely NOT losing my mind (well I am but not in this arena). I concocted a way to tell Allen.


And inside was the digital test. He was shocked to say the least. I think, until today, he was still not 100% positive.
And this is the mayhem that ensued after those initial tests (there were 2-3 more but they were too much alike).

The last one was from Mother's Day, just for me.

So, yes, I am VERY excited. I have prayed and prayed that this would happen for us again. And now I have prayed for a peace over this pregnancy. I don't want any doubts. So, I have peace. And I am loving it!
