Let me count the ways! Yes, today I am paying homage to my most favorite (and new) kitchen appliance. Meet Blanca. Right now, she is helping with a cookie recipe from Cooking Light. I may never look at a hand-held mixer agin. Poor Ryan may never lick a beater clean again.
